Invigorating exercises – strength, balance, power and flexibility. Led by an inspiring instructor, in a relaxed and sociable group. You will feel stronger and more supple, with better posture and lots of energy!
The Strong Foundations classes are held in Church halls and other community venues. You work at your own pace – we can adapt the exercises as required and safety is always a priority. Our instructors are friendly and experienced, and will work with you to ensure you are getting the most out of the class.
We always have lots of fun whilst exercising – class members make new friends and leave feeling energised and with a smile on their faces!
